What are the precautions for using a lithium battery threading machine? What should I pay attention to when using an electric threading machine? When using an automatic threading machine, the following issues should be noted:
1. Pipelines smaller than 1.5 cm or larger than 3.5 cm are not suitable for automatic threading machines to thread wires and cables. Wires and cables cannot be threaded into the lead wire when the threading tube is too thin, while the threading tube is too thick, causing the lead wire to form curves or knots inside the pipeline, which is not conducive to the smooth passage of the lead wire.
2. When the automatic threading machine is threading, wires of different circuits and voltages of AC and DC must not be threaded in the same conduit. Wires of the same AC circuit must be threaded in the same conduit, and there must be no joints inside the conduit.
3. When the automatic threading machine is threading, if the pipeline is long or has many turns, an appropriate amount of talcum powder should be blown into the pipeline while threading to ensure a smooth threading process.
4. When the number of wires is small, such as 2-3 wires, the insulation layer at the front end of the wire can be removed, and then the wire core can be directly inserted into the coil of the automatic threading machine lead and folded back and compacted, firmly tied, and a conical transition part can be formed at the binding point.
